How to Order
Can I get a discount for ordering more than one item?
Any discounts applied come from freight savings, so we would need to know exactly what you want to order, and where it is being delivered before giving you a quote. Since we don't inflate our prices to leave room for fake "sales", our prices are already lower than most competitors. Realistically, unless your order is around the $2500 mark or more, a discount would be unlikely.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover, as well as money orders or personal checks. If you pay by check or money order, we will need to make sure all funds have cleared before shipping your furniture.
Do you offer financing or layaway?
We do not offer in-house financing, and layaway is on a case by case basis, depending on the dollar amount and time-frame you are requesting.
What is the difference between placing my order online or calling it in?
There is no difference in terms of order security or how quickly it will ship. When you call in your order, all we do is go online and place the order through the website. We prefer if you place your order online, so that you can make sure there are no misspellings or typos in your information.
Will my credit card information be secure?
Yes. All credit card transactions are processed on secure servers, and your credit card info is never sent via email.
How do you protect me against fraud or identity theft?
We will not process an order unless the credit card transaction meets all security requirements: correct billing address, billing zip code, expiration date, and cvv2 code from the back of the card.
In the case of Discover Card, the shipping address must also be indicated in the customer's file at Discover, so if you're shipping to an address not listed in your account, you will need to contact Discover beforehand to get that address authorized.
Why do I need to provide an email address when placing an order?
We will send your order receipt and shipping notification via email, so it is important that you provide a valid address, and preferably one that you check regularly.
What will you do with my contact information?
Nothing. We do not sell your contact information, nor will we bombard you will spam emails trying to get you to buy more stuff.
If I am interested in an item that is out of stock, can I place an order for it now and have it delivered when it's back in stock?
If you place an order of an out of stock item, your entire shipment will be held until we are able to ship the entire order together.
Will you notify me when an item I'm interested in comes back in stock?
We do not currently have a way to keep track of customers who wish to be notified when specific items come back in stock, so we recommend that you bookmark the product page and check back to see when its inventory status changes back to "in stock".
Will I receive a receipt for my order?
Yes, you will receive an email receipt detailing your order information.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping notification email within 12 hours of when your order ships. This email will contain all of your tracking info, as well as other important information regarding what to expect during delivery.
